Very helpful for interpreting Kolbe profiles

As a high fact finder AND quick start I had difficulty making sense of my Kolbe profile, as they're seemingly opposites. The explanations in this book are very helpful, and astonishingly accurate.
Quite surprised this book isn't more well known given how many hundreds of thousands of people have done Kolbe profiles.

A great resource for furthering your own understanding of the Kolbe Index.

Excellent book for those familiar with the Kolbe "A" Index. Clear and concise explanations to help the reader understand, not only their own index results, but also understand the results of others. With Striving Zones, Kathy helps remove some of the confusion of what it means to have a particular score in the Action Modes.
Instead of the using the word "Resistance", later changed to "Prevent", in the results (which can bring about a negative perception to a person who is not familiar with the Kolbe index), Kathy explains her use of the new terms "Act", "ReAct" and "CounterAct". A CounterAction more fully (and positively) describes how a person makes a contribution in a particular Action Mode where they score in the CounterAct range.
It is also a great resource for describing CoActions - where a person leads with two strong Action Modes. When an entire team has taken the Kolbe Index, this book helps further describe how to help each team member contribute at their highest level.

A clear summary, if you already understand the theory.

A concise summary of Kolbe's theory of conation. But if you are new to it, I recommend Kathy Kolbe's first book, The Conative Connection.
